Castles in the Clouds at Mount Falcon Park
Ruins of a castle built in the early 1900’s, a proposed Summer White House for presidents, and plenty of recreation opportunities abound in one of Denver’s most spectacular mountain parks.

17 Mile House and Farm Park
Six way stations spaced every 2 to 3 miles originally served as taverns, inns and stage stops along the Smoky Hill & Cherokee Trails, named for their distance to Denver. The 17 Mile House is the only one that remains in a rural setting and in its original location.
